Mateo Dugand is an Energy & Sustainability Engineer, who holds a Master’s degree in Energy Management and Sustainability Engineering from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland.
Today, Mateo Dugand leads HPE’s practice for customer collaboration on sustainability and IT efficiency in EMEA. He partners with HPE’s largest customers, stakeholders, and governments to develop net positive solutions to business challenges, share best practices, and drive new business opportunities.
Previously, Mateo Dugand worked in 4 different continents in both private and public sector, where he led the Waste Management Agency’s Operation Department for the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and led a team of 700 professionals.
Before that, Mateo Dugand has worked on several sustainability and energy projects as in Pointe-Noire, Congo and Jacksonville, Florida, USA and more recently on anaerobic digestion of organic waste processes for the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
